My order eventually arrived after two weeks, but the supplied wands are too long for the blinds and are unusable. I thought I ordered a standard set of blinds, but received the chainless type, which was misleading. I now have unusable blinds and have requested the correct parts. I am finding it difficult to get a resolution from the support team and will update if it's resolved satisfactorily. I would advise others to consider alternatives.
