The ceiling bracket system is absolute rubbish. We’ve bought blinds from other companies before and none was so difficult to put on. We’ve managed to hook the blind onto 2 out of the 5 brackets and I guess that will have to do.

Awful. Ordered some blinds, delayed three times so gave up. Should have been recieved after 2 weeks but getting into months delay. Why take the money if you don't have stock? Poor customer service seemingly automated. Requested a refund and advised it'd take to 5 working days. Here we are on the 7th day and still not got the money back. Simply appalling.

Having bought my Perfect Fit blinds 7 years ago, I contacted Blinds 2Go about a cracked clip enquiring where I could get a replacement. The reply I received was instant followed by confirmation that a replacement was on it's way. It is credit to this company that even after purchasing long ago their customer service is 10/10. The nine blinds are also still in excellent condition. Well recommended.

I ordered a electric blind and it arrrived and had it had stray threads on edges. It was electric and ordered remote, no instructions provided with products.

The electric motor didnt work just making a noise not moving the remote was not paired i have contacted them and they responded with instructions asking for the QR code for the blind and app details these were not supplied. I have emailed again asking for help and they have not responded. Poor customer service no information provided with blind. I am forced to challenge payment to try to get a refund. Poor quality item do not buy from them

The web site was easy to navigate. Ordering was straightforward. Order confirmation was quick with option to cancel in 4 hours. Delivery quick. Fitting a doddle.

From start to finish it was an easy, quick experience and the price was amazing. Easier than I thought to fit and they look gorgeous. I'd had a couple of quotes for what I wanted and both prices were extortionate so I thought I'd give it a go to order from Blinds2go and give it a whirl. So glad I did. They were literally a third of the prices quoted and they look good if not even better than the ones I looked. 100% recommendations are coming from me.
