The blinds did not fit any of the windows. I have made contact about rectifying the situation but everything seems to have gone quiet and no follow up reply from customer service. The measurements I provided are accurate but the site and chatbot failed to mention the frame size for each shutter which is too large to fit the window with it's trickle vent.So, I'm currently stuck with a number of shutters that can't be used and as the famous song states " The Sound of Silence".
