The actual product is great. The fit, style and end result is perfect and just as described.However I have deducted 1 star due to the installation information video which I feel is far too brief and does not go into enough detail. I had to resort to watching an independent video from another source to clarify certain aspects of the installation process. Having said that, I would certainly buy their blinds from them in the future.
