Terrible Experience
I placed an order for my blinds on November 19th. The delivery was postponed and ultimately occurred while I was away on holiday. My neighbor kindly offered to accept the delivery for me, but the delivery service refused and rescheduled it instead. I have now received a notification that a new order will be delivered at the end of January, leaving me wondering what happened to my original blinds. Additionally, my response to the company's email went to a no-reply address.
