However, this time I ordered three blinds on December 9th and was promised delivery before Christmas. Unfortunately, the blinds have not arrived. The tracking shows a delivery note was created on December 20th, but the items were never handed over to the courier. I attempted to contact the support team but only received an AI-generated response. No one has followed up on my inquiries, and I am extremely disappointed.
