Before buying my curtains, I reached out to the company to inquire about how far they would extend when fully opened, given my limited space. I was informed they would extend 20–25cm from the wall. However, in reality, they extend 30–35cm, making them unsuitable for my area. I initiated a claim under the guarantee on October 6th. Since then, I have faced months of delays, inconsistent information, and a total lack of continuity. I've interacted with many different representatives, each asking for different steps, including training the curtains (which I did for over three weeks), sending multiple sets of photos, and being told repeatedly that the issue would be evaluated by “production,” without any clear resolution. Most recently, after weeks of silence, I was asked for the first time to take down the curtains and measure them flat, which does not address the original concern of their projection when installed. Each response seems to reset the process instead of advancing it. At this stage, I have lost faith that this issue will be resolved in a fair or timely manner.
