I placed an order for shutter blinds on December 1st with an expected delivery time of 5-7 working days, as we were moving on the 19th. The following day, the estimated delivery changed to December 15th, which I accepted since it indicated next-day delivery post-dispatch. When December 15th came, there was still no dispatch email. The next day, it showed they had been dispatched, but the tracking revealed only a label was created; UPS hadn't received the items. Finally, on December 23rd, UPS got the goods, but we had to change the delivery address due to our move. Throughout this time, the support team provided misleading information over the phone and only offered 25% compensation, which was inadequate. The blinds eventually arrived on December 31st, but they were damaged and scratched! When I attempted to return them for a refund, the process was convoluted, requiring photos with tape measurements. I've submitted the pictures and am still waiting for a response. This experience has been unacceptable. I do not recommend using this service.
