I ordered a no-drill blind made to measure. When it arrived, it was visually appealing, but unfortunately, it was 2 inches too small! I reached out for a refund, but my request was denied. I then ordered another blind with the same measurements, opting for a standard roller blind, hoping it would be made correctly. However, that one also arrived too small! A professional had to fit it, and they ended up making wooden blocks to install it. Now, light seeps in around the edges, and there's an issue with the chain. I've contacted the support team and need to send photos of the blind, which is tricky since it's wide and I have no assistance. I'm feeling quite stressed as I need total darkness to sleep, and now I have to look for inexpensive blackout linings until this situation is addressed.
