I was assured a delivery by early January 26, which I have documented. However, upon checking the tracking status, it indicates that the delivery is now expected at the beginning of February 26. I spoke with a representative who mentioned that the delay is due to the blind being manufactured overseas, but they didn’t specify where. I believed this was a local company. Had I known the actual timeline for receiving my blind, I would have chosen another option, as I urgently need it. I find the false promises unacceptable.
