We ordered 10 blinds, 9 of which were guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
1st delivery, ordered venetian blinds in 2 different colours, all the blinds were exactly the same colour. Called customer service who told me it was my fault as I didn't order a sample. I argued the point that blue and grey are completely different colours, regardless of what their labels said. After getting cut off I had to call back and eventually, they agreed to replace them. Quite wasteful and not environmentally friendly as rather than replace the fabric panels they remade all the metal and plastic parts too.
Another delivery, Christmas eve. Promised delivery of 5 blinds, only 2 arrived. When I called the representative insisted there would be another delivery later that day. That night UPS sent an email saying they were expecting my parcels...
We did eventually all 10 blinds, in dribs and drabs and we did have to have another blind 'remade' as it was never delivered, despite the company insisting it was in the Christmas eve delivery - the courier's proof of delivery photos clearly detailed only 2 parcels.
Communication on deliveries was a bit hit and miss.
We now have all the blinds up. Whilst they look good and fit perfectly, I really wouldn't want the headache of dealing with this company again.
