I ordered a blackout blind and upgraded to the electric motor. I had issues pairing the remote and called customer services - initially the seemed helpful and said they would email me a workaround/reset. However the email did not relate at all to the remote - asking me to press buttons that didn't exist on the remote or motor. I replied back to the email and a new agent sent me another set of instructions - again these did not relate to my blinds at all. I called customer services again was put on hold and then got cut off, By this point I'd given up and email to request a refund - this time no reply. I finally got the blinds to pair by following a online video for a similar pair of blinds (not relating to the instructions at all) Also to add on the checkout page it offered me remote for £9.95. It wasn't clear if the remote already came with the blind and the page send I could not operate with out it so I ordered one. When I mentioned to customer services that I would be returning the second remote unopened and unused I was told it was not refundable - as it was an offer with the blind - this seems way out of order.
