The complete blackout blinds sound exciting, but are anything but.
Had to have replacement sent because they sent wrong measurements. Second ones arrived with correct width, but height was not right.
They kept making it sound as if I mismeasured and great I have the free insurance, while I repeatedly clearly pointed out it was not me who made the mistake.
White is not white but grey-ish. The whole thing feels and seems to be quite flimsy. Little hair keep falling off the runners on sides. Strings are fragile. The metal frame is sooooo great aesthetic...
I am done with it, return/refund seemed basically impossible because you have to install the blinds then take pictures and videos and then you just might get refund. I gave up and Frankensteined the blinds so they work. Fair play, they are really black out.
I have 400 quid blinds which will very obviously not last longer than year or two.
Shame because I had blinds from blinds2go about 10 years ago and they were great. Lasted ages. This is so dissapointing.
