Ordered 4 wooden blinds which took a little longer than stipulated at ordering but they eventually arrived. Despite being exactly what we wanted unfortunately the slats on the biggest blind are not straight, warped and drop significantly on the right hand side and look terrible and the controls take a lot of strength to tilt. Contacted customer service and despite me sending a detailed email with photos received a reply about the tilt mechanism only advising to take it down and make sure the spindle has not come out (it hasn’t!) the slat issue completely ignored. I cannot leave this blind up it looks terrible. Phoned company numerous times and nobody picks up despite being first in queue. Customer after service is terrible and further emails sent to them to date have been ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have another 3 blinds I need to get but will not be using Blinds 2 Go!
