We ordered three blinds just over a year ago and were delighted with the results, which have really enhanced our home.
However, when one of them malfunctioned we contacted the company and were rather disappointed with the response, requiring us to purchase a replacement blind for one that was only just over a year old.
The company offered us a 50% discount which we were grateful for and the replacement blind is working perfectly, but I do think that the one that failed would have been expected to last a little longer
