Complete radio silence following placing an order over a month ago. No response to emails asking for an update on order progress and no response to calls. Unable to get through on number provided on webpage.Had thought we were ordering with blinds direct… no hyphen who we know offer a good service! Given the reviews here of blinds - direct and our recent experience, they are clearly rogue traders. Took immediate payment for the blind ordered but have failed to supply the goods. All reviewers here should report to citizens advice trading standards. Company needs to be closed down.
