I was not attempting to take advantage of them; the blinds are of different sizes, and I need them to remake the order. Ironically, if I had received the blinds and they didn't fit, they would have claimed they would remake them, but now I'm doubtful about that promise. This was my second order with the company; the first was a larger amount, and while I appreciate the site, purchasing expensive items online feels too risky. Plus, local companies offer installation, and my first motorized blinds were handled by one, albeit at a slightly higher price, which saved me from installation and programming hassles.
