Review Time
After we purchased blinds for our entire home, we called back to report one particular blind that had begun drooping…so low that it scrapes on the top of the French door when opened. Customer service said they would replace the blind, but couldn’t right away because their color palette had changed and they needed to send color samples. The color samples never arrived. I email repeatedly but they are no longer responding.
Originally ordered my blinds in July. Took 4 months to get them in November to discover the installer had measured them wrong/ordered the wrong product.
Here we are now in February- 7 months after my $4500 order of 11 custom remote control Roman shades. I have 3 working blinds, 4 blinds that do not respond to the remote, and 3 blinds that the measurements were transposed by the company.
$4500 3 working blinds and 7 useless blinds. Customer service has informed us you cannot reprogram the remote or it voids your warranty. This has been a nightmare. My husband and I work nights and we just want a dark room.
I am absolutely thrilled with my new blinds and the overall experience. The installer was both professional and friendly. He did an excellent job and even removed the old blinds and boxes for me. From the moment I placed the order, I received a call to arrange the measurements, and once my blinds arrived, I was promptly contacted to schedule the installation. The process was seamless, and I would definitely purchase blinds from this service again. My only regret is waiting so long to make this decision!

My wife and I had a fantastic experience from beginning to end with the service. We ordered shades for our whole house. At no extra cost, a representative came to measure for our shades (18 windows). We paid what I considered a very fair installation fee (around $198) for the same rep who took our measurements to install the shades. They fit perfectly, and our representative was courteous and professional.
I reached out to a company for a Black Friday sale and scheduled a time for someone to measure my windows and arch. They offer arch shades, which is crucial. After several calls with the contractor to finalize the timing, I took time off work for the appointment set between 12-1. At 12:45, after texting the contractor, he informed me it was actually 12-2. He arrived just after 1, which should have raised a red flag. He measured several times, noted the details, and said someone would follow up. Unfortunately, no one did, marking my second concern. Eventually, I received an email saying my measurements were ready, but I encountered an error when trying to log in. I called customer support, who had assisted me on Black Friday, and explained the issue. Then I got an email stating that the contractor couldn't handle arch installations, so they canceled my order. I was left wondering if there was only one contractor available in my area. I would have been fine with just standard blinds if asked. I responded asking if there was another contractor who could assist, but received no reply. This lack of service recovery led to my less than favorable review. Perhaps I avoided a bigger issue by noticing the warning signs.
Unfortunately, my order was stolen from my driveway, which is not an uncommon occurrence. I requested a discount on a replacement order after spending a significant amount on three motorized blinds, but the company declined. They offered me an additional 10% off the already discounted price, which essentially equates to the current promotion. I was not attempting to take advantage of them; the blinds are of different sizes, and I need them to remake the order. Ironically, if I had received the blinds and they didn't fit, they would have claimed they would remake them, but now I'm doubtful about that promise. This was my second order with the company; the first was a larger amount, and while I appreciate the site, purchasing expensive items online feels too risky. Plus, local companies offer installation, and my first motorized blinds were handled by one, albeit at a slightly higher price, which saved me from installation and programming hassles.
