i purchased a blind - firstly i was incorrectly charged additional delivery charges despite my post code not being in a surcharge zone. I contacted the customer services who referred me to their T&Cs regarding delivery which only evidenced i was out with the surcharge zone. They then ignored all subsquent emails.
My blinds were then delivered damaged. i have written 4 emails since then and they have all went unanswered.
