I bought some Roman blinds after purchasing 2 x wooden blinds, when they arrived they appeared a different colour and finish to that of the pictures on the website. I paid extra incase they did not fit, which they will happily have returned, however if you’re not satisfied it appears ‘they are made to measure’ and can not be returned ?!
