Missing one of two blinds in shipment - problem because we’re moving. Asked to expedite fix and thought rep was helpful in getting new blind sent out, no response at all about my time crunch. Ended up having to ship to a friend to have to deal with on our behalf. Other experiences w/blindsgalore have been pretty good overall, but this one was a frustration and not resolved until we actually receive the blind.
