I initially ordered one blind to test the waters before committing to three. I really liked the product, but it turned out to be slightly too small. I quickly ordered three replacements and reached out to the support team to exchange the original, as their website clearly states is permitted. After five days of back-and-forth emails, they denied my request because I used the term “return” instead of “exchange,” even though my intentions were clear and timely. When I called, the support team was unhelpful and rude. They also refused to cancel my new order, stating it was “too late.” I have little faith in companies that use technicalities to evade their own policies. I won’t be using their services again.
Got the blinds and the mounting hardware was useless so I had the get small wall anchors and shorter screws because the hardware was inadequate. After finally getting them installed the blinds would only close only one way and not very well at that. Don't waste your time, total junk. In the trash they go. The rep replied I could buy more expensive blinds if I wanted. Yeah right. Terrible way to up sale by selling junk in the first place,
Blinds were very easy to order to get an exact match for existing blinds throughout the house. Measurement guide and instructions were amazing. Price point was great. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Quality, price, and convenience is way better than any big box store. I've already referred several people.
