I initially ordered one blind to test the waters before committing to three. I really liked the product, but it turned out to be slightly too small. I quickly ordered three replacements and reached out to the support team to exchange the original, as their website clearly states is permitted. After five days of back-and-forth emails, they denied my request because I used the term “return” instead of “exchange,” even though my intentions were clear and timely. When I called, the support team was unhelpful and rude. They also refused to cancel my new order, stating it was “too late.” I have little faith in companies that use technicalities to evade their own policies. I won’t be using their services again.
