Don’t bother, won’t exchange even if you buy the insuranceBought a blind from these people. Bought the extra insurance. Blind doesn’t fit in the spot I want it to go. Won’t refund or return, only offered 30% if I buy again.This is a purely online business, this must happy all the time.It is ridiculous there is no mechanism in place to sort this out.I spent over $500 on this blind and now have to throw it out.Don’t use these guys, they are terrible. Website is awful and confusing. Not user friendly with information hidden so you can’t see everything you need at once.
