Disappointed with service. Bought shades for a large window that consisted of 3 sections. When installer came the first time to install he found 2 of the shades were manufactured incorrectly They had to be redone which took 2 weeks. The second installation trip the installer could only install 2 of the shades because the 3rd shade was missing a bracket. This was a house warming gift for my daughter and we are extremely disappointed with the service. It has been more than a month and the shades installation is still not completed. We’ve used blinds to go for our home several times and had no issues. This entire process has drawn out and at this point and is unacceptable. We are extremely unpleased with the service provided by Blinds to Go and there should be a discount issued.Sher Hunt
