We had a great experience from beginning to end. Susan was amazing showing us the solar blinds and explaining the different finishes we can choose from. The gentleman that came to do the measurements was very professional and quick. He answered my questions and explained the next step. Louis came and did the installation and he was amazing. He did it so quickly and I was so happy with the end result. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you!
This is our first time using Blinds 2 go, having previously used 247 Blinds for click to fit blinds in some other rooms and been extremely happy; we thought we would pay the higher price for their product to get what we thought would be a better solution with the click to fit shutter blinds in this instance - we wanted to match the shutter look at the front of the house. We ordered one front bedroom and planned to order a second! (... I think not...)
The 3 shutter blind units arrived, however the large window shutter did not have any of the fixing clips required to install it. We reported this to customer services as soon as we realised however WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE CLIPS TO ARRIVE.
Consequently, we are unable to make the bedroom private (this is a bungalow!).
As additional feedback, we installed the two smaller units and whilst they do the job, the clips look unsightly at the top as they won't sit flush with the unit and, whilst it is possible with the lats in the closed position, there is very little room between the unit and the handle to open the windows.
From start to finish we were pleased with the service we received. Jennifer came to our home and we explained what we were looking for. With her help we made a little change and so happy we did. The installer was vey pleasant and the installation was smooth and exceptional. Kudos to them both. Thanks Blinds To Go.
We did a large order of shades for our entire home and everything was going well but when we had the installation a windows came with defect and we had to wait almost 3 weeks after that day to get it install and no one from the store was contacting me I had to keep asking the sales person for updates. Would have expect better service as used them in the past, not sure if we will use on the future.
Disappointed with service. Bought shades for a large window that consisted of 3 sections. When installer came the first time to install he found 2 of the shades were manufactured incorrectly They had to be redone which took 2 weeks. The second installation trip the installer could only install 2 of the shades because the 3rd shade was missing a bracket. This was a house warming gift for my daughter and we are extremely disappointed with the service. It has been more than a month and the shades installation is still not completed. We’ve used blinds to go for our home several times and had no issues. This entire process has drawn out and at this point and is unacceptable. We are extremely unpleased with the service provided by Blinds to Go and there should be a discount issued.Sher Hunt
