I confirmed it was suitable for my small bathroom window, but once it arrived and I tried to install it, it fit but kept slipping off the tiled wall when I used the cords. I reached out to customer support, who informed me that this type of blind isn't suitable for tiled walls, which was not mentioned on the website. Since then, they offered: 1. A replacement blind that requires drilling to install. 2. Some metal clips sent without instructions. 3. A refund, but they requested a video, which I provided along with photos. 4. Now I've been told they won't process a refund but to remeasure the window and blind. I advise against using this service.
