I chose a no drill roller blind, took measurements, and placed my order without any problems. I made sure it would fit my small bathroom window and saw no reason it wouldn't work. However, when it arrived and I attempted to install it, it did fit, but because my walls are tiled, every time I pull the cords to adjust it, it slips off the wall. I reached out to customer support, only to be told that this type of blind isn't suitable for tiled walls. I pointed out that there was no mention of this on the website.
Since then, they have provided a few options:
1. A replacement blind that would require drilling to fit.
2. Some metal clips were sent without any instructions on their purpose or installation.
3. A refund, for which I was asked to submit a video, which I did along with photos.
4. I've now been informed that they won't process the refund and instead want me to remeasure the window and blind. I strongly advise against using their service.

I received a response on January 15 stating they couldn't fulfill my order due to unforeseen circumstances, with no explanation. Having to chase them for this information nearly a month after ordering is unacceptable. This was my first order with this company and certainly my last. Their website allowed ordering for our larger window sizes, but if they couldn't fulfill it, they shouldn't have allowed the order in the first place.
The service was exceptional. They assisted with the ordering process initially, and my blinds were delivered before the expected date. Everything was perfect; they fit flawlessly, specifications were spot on, and they matched existing blinds almost exactly. Thank you!
