Avoid this company. They are quite unreliable. We had issues with our blind; it was poorly made and had several defects. After negotiating a discount, it has now stopped functioning and won’t raise beyond halfway. I've been trying to contact customer support for nearly three weeks, but no one has replied. I've sent three emails, receiving promises of a response within 24 hours, but none came. The provided phone number is also no longer working.
