I attempted to place an order, but the site redirected me to a payment system that wouldn’t let me enter my details, leading to failed transactions. The basket save option also doesn’t work, and customer service is unresponsive. A monotonous voice promises a callback, but no one ever does. Despite multiple emails assuring an immediate response, I received nothing! I can't place my order, and based on other reviews, it might be for the best. It's unfortunate because I liked the fabric I wanted, but I can't waste more time with this ineffective company.
