We placed our order on December 18, 2024, with a delivery estimate of 7 to 14 days. Understanding the holiday season, I emailed on January 6, 2025, inquiring about the delivery, as I hadn't received updates. I was informed that my order was still in production and would be dispatched soon. On January 14, I noticed a full refund had been issued without any communication about a cancellation or issues. I received a response on January 15 stating they couldn't fulfill my order due to unforeseen circumstances, with no explanation. Having to chase them for this information nearly a month after ordering is unacceptable. This was my first order with this company and certainly my last. Their website allowed ordering for our larger window sizes, but if they couldn't fulfill it, they shouldn't have allowed the order in the first place.
