When issues arise (many chargers are down), they don’t inform you. You waste time checking your equipment, only to find out there’s a known issue. They assured me I would be notified when it was fixed. My charging station was down for over a week, and after it was restored, I received no notification. I called weeks later to add a card as they had not replied to my email after 1.5 weeks. I waited 30 minutes only to hear that they still have ongoing issues and would respond later, which I doubt will happen. I strongly advise avoiding them.
