I moved into a home equipped with a charging station, and after 60 days, I still can’t charge my car. The support team doesn't respond to emails, and if you call, you typically wait around 20 minutes just to speak to someone who can only forward your issue to another department. Occasionally, they claim to prioritize your request, but nothing changes; the other department never follows up. They simply need to connect my charger to my account, yet this seems to be beyond their capability.
I started using my charger in August 2025, and I have yet to receive any reimbursement for the electricity consumed. In November, they acknowledged my email, promising payment by the end of the month, but nothing has come through. Now, they are unresponsive to emails and do not answer phone calls.

My card suddenly stopped working. Customer service logged a ticket, but after two days, there was still no resolution. When I called, they initially claimed my card wasn’t from them, and I had to convince them otherwise. They eventually acknowledged my case and mentioned it would take five days to resolve. Since I need this for invoicing, I can't use my car for that duration. An update came after a month, directing me to the same support email I had been using.
The tools are not functioning as they should. The support agent was unprofessional and lacked respect for customers. They did not adhere to what was agreed upon during our call. Overall, it has been a disappointing experience with long wait times for support.
When issues arise (many chargers are down), they don’t inform you. You waste time checking your equipment, only to find out there’s a known issue. They assured me I would be notified when it was fixed. My charging station was down for over a week, and after it was restored, I received no notification. I called weeks later to add a card as they had not replied to my email after 1.5 weeks. I waited 30 minutes only to hear that they still have ongoing issues and would respond later, which I doubt will happen. I strongly advise avoiding them.
