Our first camera we thought was great so stupidly went on to purchase more. Now they are unreliable and never pick up movement, etc. customer support is an absolute joke. Told us that because our house is made of brick this will affect the performance. I mean really! Been going round and round in circles. Contacted the Amazon Managing Director email but no response after three emails. I could kick myself as we probably could have got a proper security system fitted for the amount of money these cost us. AVOID
