If I could rate it lower than zero, I would. Honestly, I want to prevent others from wasting their hard-earned money! This product is absolutely terrible! The batteries last no longer than two weeks. I even tried connecting it to a USB and plugging it into the mains, but it was still disappointing! It doesn’t save your videos properly, and the picture quality is awful—you can barely see anything! Additionally, the customer support was quite rude. Please save your money.

I have used a mini camera for several years, but it suddenly stopped sending notifications. Customer service had me go through numerous steps, but nothing worked. Now they inform me it's a 'known issue' being addressed. This failure has rendered it useless as a security device.
The outdoor camera setup is highly unreliable and buffers most of the time. I’ve lost connections and it fails to detect movement. Despite resetting the camera and changing batteries, it only works for a couple of days before the same issues return. I will not be renewing the subscription as it is not worth it.
