The eyedrops themselves are fine, but I did not like the customer service I received. It was one of the strangest conversations I've ever had with another person. There were multiple times I would ask a question, "What does x mean?", when going through the registration process, and instead of actually explaining anything, my customer service rep would just simply repeat word for word the exact same question they just asked me. Yes, I heard you; I'm not deaf. I'm telling you I don't understand and I'm asking you to explain; not repeat the exact same thing you just said. It was like pulling teeth trying to get information. I've never had such a baffling and frustrating customer service experience almost ever in my life. It was not a language barrier issue either, which made it even more odd. The eyedrops themselves are great, luckily.
