Blink Health treats you like an idiot. They ignore ship schedules and ship when they decide it is in their best interest. I finally got fed up and cancelled my prescription service. You guessed it...they sent me a cancel confirmation,,then a few days later, went ahead and shipped me another script and charged my cc. Total fraud!
I strongly advise against using this pharmacy provider unless you have no other option. After paying for my medication three weeks ago and making numerous phone calls over the course of a week, they still have not delivered my medication on time, putting my treatment at risk. The customer service is incompetent and lacks transparency, repeatedly offering the same empty apologies.
The service has been incredibly beneficial by placing a limit on my out-of-pocket costs for the eye drops. Nearly three years after cataract surgery on both eyes, I have been dealing with chronic dry eye and light sensitivity. Since I began using the drops, my dry eye condition has significantly improved. Thank goodness!
