Terrible experience. Unresponsive support. Still waiting for an answer! We believed we had canceled last year and haven't used the service since. Unfortunately, we were caught off guard by the auto-renewal. There were no reminder emails, and we weren't monitoring our card for unexpected charges, so now we're past the 14-day cooling-off period. Additionally, the price increase is frustrating! I strongly advise steering clear of this service.
