Terrible experience. Unresponsive support. Still waiting for an answer! We believed we had canceled last year and haven't used the service since. Unfortunately, we were caught off guard by the auto-renewal. There were no reminder emails, and we weren't monitoring our card for unexpected charges, so now we're past the 14-day cooling-off period. Additionally, the price increase is frustrating! I strongly advise steering clear of this service.
I love that I can finish significantly more books than I usually would by multitasking—listening to key principles and insights while walking, doing chores, or commuting on public transport. This approach also helps me learn new concepts and tips for my job.

I was charged $174.99 for an annual renewal that I never utilized and had no intention of continuing. They provided a discounted rate for the first year, but then renewed it the following year without any prior notice. The issue is that this was hidden as an in-app subscription that I overlooked in my subscription list, and I didn't use the app at all. Given how unclear and misleading this entire setup is, I find their billing practices to be deceptive and almost fraudulent. Attempting to get assistance is futile as their customer support only sends generic automated responses and tries to keep you subscribed. Exercise caution — don’t be swayed by the polished paid reviews.
Incredible lack of customer support. I was automatically billed for the annual subscription, and as a German customer, I reached out in my language citing the law regarding refunds. However, they have not responded for days. There is no phone support, only email communication. I believe they are a scam to be avoided at all costs. Their responses are just empty words to evade legal action while pretending to care. This behavior has pushed the limits of my patience.
