I have been waiting since May for a bag. I placed a large order then, but had to reorder in June because the package was never shipped. Although they are now shipping items, the one I wanted most is missing. They've now canceled my order, claiming they do not have the bag, yet it's still available for sale at a higher price than I initially paid. This feels dishonest. I was really looking forward to this bag and have waited almost a year. It's frustrating that they say it's out of stock while it's still listed online, now at a price that's $10 more than what I originally paid. Why isn't it marked as sold out? It seems like a poor practice for a digital platform not to have this functionality in place to accurately reflect stock levels. Additionally, they refunded me in store credit instead of returning the funds to my bank account, which is different from my last experience. This has made me hesitant to continue using their service due to poor communication. They also bombard you with ads despite having many unsent items from previous orders. It appears they prioritize shipping newer orders over older ones, which is quite disheartening. I hope they can resolve these issues, but I am genuinely upset. The prolonged delays and lack of transparency regarding the bag make it seem like they are only interested in selling it for a higher price, which is why I received store credit. They claimed the bag was shipped, but it never arrived. What is going on with this situation?
