I have been waiting since May for a bag. I placed a large order then, but had to reorder in June because the package was never shipped. Although they are now shipping items, the one I wanted most is missing. They've now canceled my order, claiming they do not have the bag, yet it's still available for sale at a higher price than I initially paid. This feels dishonest. I was really looking forward to this bag and have waited almost a year. It's frustrating that they say it's out of stock while it's still listed online, now at a price that's $10 more than what I originally paid. Why isn't it marked as sold out? It seems like a poor practice for a digital platform not to have this functionality in place to accurately reflect stock levels. Additionally, they refunded me in store credit instead of returning the funds to my bank account, which is different from my last experience. This has made me hesitant to continue using their service due to poor communication. They also bombard you with ads despite having many unsent items from previous orders. It appears they prioritize shipping newer orders over older ones, which is quite disheartening. I hope they can resolve these issues, but I am genuinely upset. The prolonged delays and lack of transparency regarding the bag make it seem like they are only interested in selling it for a higher price, which is why I received store credit. They claimed the bag was shipped, but it never arrived. What is going on with this situation?
I've been a loyal customer for years; my dad used to buy me snacks and stationery, and I even had a subscription box. Recently, I felt let down by the warehouse relocation and initial communication issues, but they have improved significantly. Despite some of my items being unavailable or past their due date, I understand they are a small team navigating these changes. They’ve always given me a reason to stay loyal. I placed my order in mid-December and reached out multiple times via email and direct messages to inquire about tracking, but received no response. I then noticed numerous comments on their social media from others who hadn’t received their orders since October. A week later, in mid-January, I finally received a direct message apologizing for the delay and stating that my order would ship mid-January, despite it being originally scheduled for delivery by December 28th and not even having shipped yet. Today, they canceled my order, have not issued a refund, and have stopped responding to my messages. I was really looking forward to this order after seeing their social media content, but this experience has been completely unmanageable, and I cannot recommend them. 😞📦
I placed my order on 12/27 and have reached out multiple times for an update. Each time, I receive apologies, but when I share my order number, I get no response. They mentioned on social media that they are caught up with orders, which makes the lack of information about my order from nearly three weeks ago puzzling.
I appreciate having access to genuine Japanese items. My only reason for the 4-star rating is the duplicates in the gachapons. Given the cost versus duplicate ratio, I would prefer more variety in machines to minimize duplicates. Otherwise, it's a very good platform.
