My order has been labeled since December 12th, but the tracking shows no movement and it hasn't even been dispatched. I've contacted support twice and sent photos of my order. I thought ordering by December 12th would ensure timely delivery for Christmas, yet I see ads for the same product claiming quick deliveries!
