First of all,I was so hesitant to buy it. But come to think of it, I decided to try it. So, I ordered one for me and one for my hubby. After I placed my order, I noticed 2 black. So I contacted their support group to inform them that I ordered 1 pink & 1 black and not 2 black. I was so surprised that they're able to fix it before it was sent to me. So happy with their quick response. When I finally received & tried it, I messaged them right away that we're so happy with their products and gave them a big thanks. Highly recommended.

I ordered four towels on November 29th. The tracking says the package was delivered on December 14th, but we never received it. We were home all day and didn't miss the delivery. I contacted customer support on December 16th, but no one has responded. Still no word from the support team; I received an automated reply on December 16th.
