My order has only shown a label since December 12th. There has been no movement on my tracking, and it hasn't even been dispatched. I've reached out twice and provided photos of my order. I expected to receive it in time for Christmas after ordering by December 12th. Instead, I see an advertisement for the same product promising quick deliveries!
