I ordered a box in mid-November and did not receive anything until mid-December — and even then, only after I contacted customer service.
They told me they would send it. Nothing happened.
At the beginning of January, I contacted them again. I was told they would “try to ship it.” I honestly find that wording strange — a paid order should not be something a company “tries” to ship. It should simply be delivered.
At some point, a parcel was registered and I even received a notification in my postal app, but it was never actually sent.
I contacted them again. They offered to try sending it once more, or I could wait. Since I genuinely liked the products and had good experiences in the past (I used to love Glossybox/Blissim), I decided to wait.
However, by the end of February, nothing had arrived.
I finally requested a refund, which they processed without issue. Customer service was responsive when I reached out, and I do appreciate that — which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one.
That said, it is unacceptable for an order placed in mid-November to remain undelivered by the end of February.
Unfortunately, after this experience, I don’t think I will be subscribing again.
