Review Time
I ordered a box in mid-November and did not receive anything until mid-December — and even then, only after I contacted customer service.
They told me they would send it. Nothing happened.
At the beginning of January, I contacted them again. I was told they would “try to ship it.” I honestly find that wording strange — a paid order should not be something a company “tries” to ship. It should simply be delivered.
At some point, a parcel was registered and I even received a notification in my postal app, but it was never actually sent.
I contacted them again. They offered to try sending it once more, or I could wait. Since I genuinely liked the products and had good experiences in the past (I used to love Glossybox/Blissim), I decided to wait.
However, by the end of February, nothing had arrived.
I finally requested a refund, which they processed without issue. Customer service was responsive when I reached out, and I do appreciate that — which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one.
That said, it is unacceptable for an order placed in mid-November to remain undelivered by the end of February.
Unfortunately, after this experience, I don’t think I will be subscribing again.
I am always looking forward to the next box 😊 and it is always something that you need anyway so the benefits are that you can try new products, and they are really good ."Your last boxes" option on website is awesome idea , you can always come back , read about the product and how to use it, its all there logged for you. truly recommend it

Customer Service excellent. Mistakenly, added the wrong email to my order and Customer service promptly answered my enquiry on why I had not received a confirmation email. Also, ladies are going to love the Blissim advent Calendar. Big thank you to Maria from Customer service.
