I ordered five pillowcases during a holiday sale but didn’t realize I'd need to be home for the delivery. I left the state the next day for the holidays. I received an email stating that the delivery failed and that I would have to pick it up at a post office. Normally, this wouldn’t be an issue, but the last day I can collect it is when I return from my trip. I reached out to customer service multiple times to ask if they could extend the hold and to find out which post office received the package, but I received no clear answers. They kept suggesting I contact 'my local post office.' Living in a large city, I have no idea which one that is. Customer service seems unhelpful and somewhat annoyed with my inquiries. Sadly, I believe this will be my last purchase. The products are great, but the lack of support when issues arise is frustrating.
