I never received my parcel. I inquired about an update, and the response was just a single image of a lorry being loaded. The package was marked as delivered on December 11th, yet as of January 16th, I still haven't received it. It turns out the parcel was delivered over an hour away, despite my address being clearly stated on the order and verified by the postal service during their investigation. The proof of delivery was the same image of the lorry that they had previously sent as an update. They have since ignored my emails and only respond with the same tracking link. My main concern isn't the delivery issue, which might be the postal service's fault, but rather the shocking lack of communication and professionalism I've encountered.
The company demonstrates a lack of transparency, engages in paying for reviews, and selectively curates testimonials on its own site. They contacted previous high-rated customers to address the significant gap between their ratings on a review platform and those on their website, attempting to artificially enhance their positive feedback. Be aware that the products may not be as well-rated as they want you to believe.
I attempted to exchange my pillowcases and followed the specific instructions provided. However, instead of processing the exchange, I received a refund. This was problematic since I had taken advantage of a buy 3 get one free offer, and the refund meant I would need to purchase two pillowcases again, resulting in higher costs. While I was offered a 35% discount as a consolation, it still left me paying more. I already own several of these pillowcases, but I'm truly disappointed that my exchange was not honored.
I ordered five pillowcases during a holiday sale but didn’t realize I'd need to be home for the delivery. I left the state the next day for the holidays. I received an email stating that the delivery failed and that I would have to pick it up at a post office. Normally, this wouldn’t be an issue, but the last day I can collect it is when I return from my trip. I reached out to customer service multiple times to ask if they could extend the hold and to find out which post office received the package, but I received no clear answers. They kept suggesting I contact 'my local post office.' Living in a large city, I have no idea which one that is. Customer service seems unhelpful and somewhat annoyed with my inquiries. Sadly, I believe this will be my last purchase. The products are great, but the lack of support when issues arise is frustrating.
Outstanding quality products, fast shipping, and they can last a long time if maintained correctly. Given that the material is silk, it is a bit pricey, but considering its longevity (decades with proper care), it's definitely worth it. Thank you!

This service merely generates tracking labels to give the illusion that the product has been shipped, but in reality, nothing is sent. The tracking information has remained unchanged for over a week, and the support team only responds with generic replies. DO NOT FALL FOR THE EXAGGERATION OF THIS UNRELIABLE SERVICE. I'm initiating a case with my payment provider for a full refund!!!
