Purchased an item and delivery confirmed. After 5 days later received a letter from Parcel Force that i have to pay for Custom charges. Call Blitzhandel and spoke to an advisor about the letter received. I was advised that it is standard and that I would have to pay for it even though this wasn't advised at the time of purchase. What an unethical way of doing a business.
