False advertising is the issue you advertise sales in countries that are outside the EU and you even put the price in that countries currency. That's false advertise both misleading and deliberate. Your tech took 10 emails and 5 phone calls to finally tell me it was my problem better get a VPN because there will be no refund.
Very poor business practices by Blitzhandle and I will do google reviews about this practice.

McAfee told me that this firm is not an authorised partner!

My McAfee subscription was due for renewal in March 26. McAfee charged me £114.00 for 1 yr which was twice what I paid for 2 yrs in 2024.They charged my creditcard, which I was not happy about. I looked for a better deal and Blitzhandel24 looked good @ £43.83 for 2yrs. I called McAfee and they requested a screenshot from this site. McAfee advised me that Blitz.... is NOT an authorised partner. I thought it was McAfee trying to be awkward and avoiding a refund. However, being suspicious, I looked on the Blitz website. They have a key employee list with photos, so I did an image search. Some of the images appear to be cloned/ stolen as they appear on many sites all over the world. I have decided not to buy from this firm, so you do your own due diligence and make your own mind up.

An excellent firm to deal with

The ordering process (for Adobe Creative Cloud Photography package) was excellent, although my initial option of Paypal increased the cost from c.£179 to c.£202. I quickly opted out of paypal and paid by bank card at the original £170. At first my Product Key / Redemption code was rejected by Adobe. A help request was quickly answered (by Amelia Chwist) who advised me to use copy&paste. It worked immediately (I had mistyped one character). A pre-sale information request had also been very promptly responded to prior to purchase. All in all, an excellent firm to deal with.

No customer support

Really disappointed. Last year it took me 3 weeks to get a license after I paid (with multiple phone calls, emails etc) and no compensation. This year, I got an email to renew my license. I renewed the license and it was provided the next day. I had not activated but Blitzhandel said that it was my fault I had ordered before the existing license expired and would not refund me for the extra month when I was covered by both licenses.

I bought software Aiseesoft from Blitzhandel24

I bought software. This software not working. I tryed contact blitzhandel24. No its not our problem. You must contact some one who made software. After I contact help line I got info. Yes our software not functional. But you can bought another. But price is 200% higher. I tryed contact blitzhandel24 and second times with this answer from software developer. But Blitzhandel24 answer mě, that this is not their problem. Nice.

Useless

Useless! I purchased their Expert Pdf and was sent the download link and authentication number. Needless to say the authentication number was not accepted (despite copying and pasting it). Then the customer support box does not recognize my email. When I did get in contact with their customer support they suggested ME checking my internet was working and copying/pasting the authentication number - as if I wouldn't have done these things already! What a complete waste of time. I needed it like 3 days ago.... I don't have time for this rubbish. If they are going to sell a product, then they should make sure it works, as people do not have time to muck around fixing their bugs!

Mis-sold inferior product - Avoid this company!

Contacted to renew my anti-virus software. They did not renew my product but replaced it with an inferior product and excluded me from the administration console. Their customer support is useless. Purchased 3 year renewal got 1 year renewal.

All done, good value and it works and will fill the gap when Microsoft cease to provide Publisher. A very unwise move for those who have used it for years
